Notice
  • Leave your luggage at the reception by 3p.m, luggage will be delivered next day except hokaido, okinawa, part of honsyu area. And if you drop your luggage between 3p.m~8p.m, luggage will be delivered two days later.
  • There are two sizes of cardboard box . 100 size is 250yen and 120 size is 350yen.
  • Refridgerated transportation, mail delivery, compact parcel delivery are out of our service. Please go to Yamato transport sales office「Yamato transport Shin-Osaka East Center」(walking 7mins/weekends and public holidays off).
  • Please note that delivery service may be suspend during the busy season.

Can these items be shipped?

Alcohol, electronic equipment (computer etc.), musical instrument

Items cannot be shipped

  • Linear dimension (length + width + height) over 160cm or over 25kg in weight.

  • Valuable・electronic equipment（computer,digital camera, tablet etc.）

  • Fragile, animal, hazardous item, perishables goods

  • Inappropriate items for storage considered by staffs
