Carry service

  • Are delivery only available for the accommodation in the list of accommodations?

    Carry service is not available for accommodations which are not indicated on the list.

  • Do you operate during the period throughout the New Year holidays.

    Yes, we open everyday.

  • Can I specify when my luggage will be delivered to hotel?

    Unfortunately, you can not specify delivery times.

  • Is the counter crowded?

    Depending on the season and time of day, it may get crowded. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we hope to see you soon.(Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, etc.)

  • Can I make a reservation in advance?

    Only group tourists(Over 20 people) are available to make a reservation in advance.

  • Can I pay by credit card ?

    We're sorry, we don't accept credit cards at this time, but you can use transportation IC cards.

Temporary luggage storage

  • What kind of thing can not be accepted?

    Items cannot be accepted

    • ・An item over 2 meters in length or over 30 kilograms.(except sports objects, such as bow, arrow, snow board)
    • ・Valuables・electronic equipment(computer,digital camera, tablet etc.)
    • ・Fragile, animal, hazardous item, perishables goods
    • ・liquid
    • ・Inappropriate items for storage considered by staffs
  • I can not collect my luggage before 8p.m,what should I do?

    As a rule, we ask you to pick up your luggage by 8p.m.. However, if you cannot come in time please don`t hesitate to contact Crosta Shin-Osaka.

  • How many days can be stored maximum?

    Can be stored for up to 15days. But one item costs 800yen per day.

  • Can it be full?

    We apologize for any inconvenience. It is usually less crowded in the morning time.

  • Do you consider a bag on the suitcase or a bag attached to the handle as one item?

    Yes, a bag on the suitcase considered as one item, In this case, the storage fee will be 800 yen for one item per day.

  • Can umbrella be stored?

    Umbrella can be stored free if you thrust the umbrella into suitcase.

  • Can I keep fresh flowers, perishable things and refrigerated items?

    Only items are OK for preservation at a normal temperature can be stored.

  • Is it possible to add things to my luggage while storing?

    Yes, you can access it freely.

  • Can my friends or family go to pick up my luggage instead of me?

    We are not able to hand over items to people without the receipt.

  • Can I make a reservation in advance?

    We usually decline but we may be able to accept when using the following site. Please check it for more details.

Delivery service

  • Can I pay by credit card ?

    Unfortunately, we only accept cash.

  • I want to send it to a hotel outside Osaka city, how much is the price? Can I specify the time?

    If you bring your luggage by 3pm, you are able to specify delivery time. If you are sending to a guesthouse etc. where the staff is not always present, please be sure to pick it up at the delivery address by yourself. The price depends on the size of your luggage.
    During high season, home delivery may be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
