As a rule, we ask you to pick up your luggage by 8p.m.. However, if you cannot come in time please don`t hesitate to contact Crosta Shin-Osaka.

Unfortunately, we only accept cash.
If you bring your luggage by 3pm, you are able to specify delivery time. If you are sending
to a guesthouse etc. where the staff is not always present, please be sure to pick it up at
the delivery address by yourself. The price depends on the size of your luggage.
During
high season, home delivery may be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
